The users who provide personal data through this website or any of our Social Networks are informed about the inclusion of such data in Esencia Comunicación SL’s files for processing and subsequently monitoring them in order to contact the provider of the information and handle their request, petition or enquiry.

Data contribution is voluntary for the User, and they are not obliged to answer the questions listed in our forms. Nevertheless, possibly the lack of an answer to compulsory questions will make the form impossible to be sent.

The User is responsible for the data they provide in this website or in any other of our Social Networks and also for its veracity. The User endorses the veracity of all the data provided and will keep it updated so that it corresponds to their actual situation. User will be responsible for the false or inexact data they provide and the damage they cause to Esencia Comunicación SL or to a third party.

In case third party data is provided, the User takes responsibility for notifying them about every clause stated in this Privacy Policy and having their consent.

Esencia Comunicación SL guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided. To that end, the company has implanted security measures of a technical and organizational nature, necessary for avoiding data alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, according to what is stated in the Organic Law 15/1999, 13th of December, on the Protection of Personal Data, and the Royal Decree 1720/2007, 21st of December, where its Development Regulations are approved.

In any case, the person concerned will be able to exercise their access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights by means of a written and signed request listing the following data: name, surname, address for purposes of notifications, ID or Passport photocopy and a petition in which the request is specified. The document will have to be sent to esencia@esenciacom.com, and must be titled “LOPD”.

In all aforementioned National and International Rules on Confidentiality and Data Protection have been applied.
